A pig is gentle and very nice to people. It also very timid.  To grow, it is very important to avoid any big noise or behavior which might frighten the pig and keep them stress-free . “Hirado pork” is grown in the only  swinery in Hirado. Clear air in Hirado and quiet space and environment with chaffs spread out make the pork soft and sweet.
